Classification of high voltage insulators |
Disc suspension porcelain insulator The electric porcelain of disc suspension porcelain insulator is made of quartz sand, clay, feldspar and other raw materials by ball milling, pulping, mud refining, forming, glazing and sintering. The cap foot disc suspension porcelain insulator is assembled with steel cap and steel foot by high-grade cement glue. The steel cap and the steel foot bear the mechanical tension, the porcelain mainly bear the pressure, and the neck of the porcelain is thin, which is also the area where the electric field intensity is concentrated. When there are micro pores and other defects in the neck of the porcelain piece, or cracks appear in the operation, it is possible to break down the porcelain piece and produce zero value insulator. Therefore, this kind of insulator is a breakdown type insulator. Disc suspension toughened glass insulator Glass parts, steel caps and steel feet are glued with high-grade cement to form cap foot disc suspension toughened glass insulator. Its structure and shape are very close to porcelain insulator. When the glass parts in operation suffer from the combined effect of long-term mechanical force and electric field, resulting in the deterioration of glass parts, the umbrella plate of toughened glass body will be broken, that is, "self explosion". The most remarkable feature of toughened glass insulator is that when the toughened glass insulator is of poor quality, it will self explode, thus eliminating the complicated procedure of insulator inspection one by one. Rod suspension composite insulator The silicone rubber umbrella plate of the organic composite insulator is a high polymer, and the core rod is a glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin rod drawn. The rod suspension organic composite insulator is made by attaching the silicone rubber umbrella skirt to the outer layer of the core rod and connecting it with the end hardware, and the hardware at both ends and the core rod bear the mechanical tension. As far as the current situation is concerned, the connection modes of mandrels and end fittings mainly include external wedge, internal wedge, internal and external wedge combination, threaded binding and crimping of mandrels. Composite insulator has excellent anti pollution flashover performance because of its unique hydrophobicity and hydrophobic mobility. In addition, because of its relatively simple manufacturing equipment and process, the composite insulator product quality is relatively light, so it is quite popular with the user departments. Long rod porcelain insulator The long rod porcelain insulator is a solid porcelain body, which uses high strength porcelain such as c-120 with high aluminum formula, so its mechanical and electrical properties are excellent. In addition to the high electrical properties, the mechanical properties of the fired ceramic materials have been greatly improved. The long rod insulator only has fittings at both ends of the porcelain body, and almost does not contain any internal knot stress, so its mechanical and electrical stress is separated. The structural characteristics of long rod porcelain insulator change the traditional porcelain parts from compression to tension, so that the number of fittings is greatly reduced, the transmission loss is reduced, and the interference to radio and television broadcasting is also reduced. Its shape can improve the self-cleaning performance, not only 1.1-1.3 times more than the creepage distance of disc insulator in unit distance, but also can effectively use the creepage distance. Its biggest feature is that it is a non breakdown type insulation structure. |
